Acceptance of Terms
By creating a Schetia account or using our platform, you accept these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines we may provide. If you disagree, please do not use Schetia.
User Accounts
To access Schetia, you must create an account with accurate and current information. You’re responsible for your login details and any activities under your account. Please report any unauthorized access immediately.
Use of Services
Schetia is designed for verified university students. You agree to use the platform for legal and appropriate purposes only. Misuse of services—such as posting false information, engaging in fraud, or disrupting the experience of others—is strictly prohibited.
Reward System & Payments
Schetia offers a points-based reward system and in-app purchases. Points can be earned through referrals and activities, and used to access discounts or services. Schetia also earns commissions from certain listings and transactions. All users will be notified of applicable charges before completing transactions.
Vendors & Listings
Vendors listed on Schetia offer discounts or services to students. Schetia facilitates this but is not liable for the quality or fulfillment of third-party offerings. Disputes with vendors should be directed to them, but we may assist where possible.
Content & Posts
Users may post content, events, or offers. All content must be respectful, truthful, and in line with community guidelines. Schetia may remove or report content that violates these rules.
Security & Verification
Schetia verifies users via school credentials or other means to ensure authenticity. You agree to cooperate during verification processes and maintain integrity while using the platform.
Suspension or Termination & Updates to Terms
Schetia may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the platform. Users may also request account deletion at any time by contacting support. We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or email. Continued use of Schetia indicates acceptance of updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.
